Klyiro™ is a trademark and trading name of SIA Comet AI (Reg. 50203713671), registered in Ventspils, Latvia. In this policy, “Klyiro”, “we” and “us” refer to SIA Comet AI. You can reach us any time at ronalds@klyiro.com.

When you visit klyiro.com or book a call with us, we may process basic contact details you give us (such as your name, email, store URL) and limited technical and analytics data used to understand how the site is used. We use this only to respond to you and to improve the site.

When we run a reactivation programme for a client, we process that client's customer data (such as names, contact numbers, and order history) strictly on the client's behalf. In that context the client is the data controller and Klyiro acts as a data processor under a written agreement.

We only message contacts who have opted in, we honour opt-outs immediately, and we operate in line with the GDPR and Meta's WhatsApp Business policies.

We rely on your consent (for example, when you contact us or opt in to messaging), our legitimate interests in operating and improving our business, and the performance of a contract where one is in place.

We use trusted providers to deliver our service, which may include the Meta WhatsApp Business Platform, Klaviyo, your ecommerce platform (Shopify or WooCommerce), scheduling and analytics tools. Each processes data only as needed to provide their service.

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law. Client customer data is retained per the relevant service agreement and deleted or returned on request.
